Is this program legal/ethical/moral?

Absolutely yes!  You’re going to learn information here that explains the legality of what we do.  In terms of the morality, it is the credit card company’s that are the immoral ones.  When you learn how the process operates and specifically when you learn how the banks operate and how they literally create money out of thin air which they loan to you and expect you to pay up to 30% plus interest on, then you’ll understand that they are indeed the immoral ones.

The people that we work with are very similar to you, in that they are people who have always paid their bills.  (Let’s face it you don’t get $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 or more in credit card debt without paying your bills and without establishing an excellent credit record).  But life happens and when something happens such as you loose your job, your business fails, sickness happens, maybe even death of a loved one occurs. And all of the sudden you are in a position where you simply cannot do what you used to do and you can’t pay what you used to be able to pay.  Then you find that the banks are not sympathetic about your situation at all and unwilling to work with you.

Regardless of the fact that you could have been a loyal customer for 20-30 years and paid your bills in a timely manner every month year after year.  When you get in trouble more often than not they simply will not work with you.  In fact they do just the opposite.  It’s when you get in trouble that the banks penalize you severely.  Whether it’s because you missed a payment or you’re a day late or even just a few hours late in making a payment or it doesn’t even have to be that.  The credit card company’s are constantly monitoring your credit report and when they see that you have begun to max out your credit lines, they then raise your interest rates and they can raise them to astronomical levels.

As long as you have excellent credit with available credit lines, where you can get other credit cards and transfer balances, you’ll get low interest rates.  It’s when things begin to tighten up for you or when you approach your available credit limit that you’re going to find the banks charging you outrageous rates.  They do this because they can! Their goal is to get you in debt and keep you in debt because that’s what makes them a lot of money.

What the banks do is not only immoral it should be illegal.  Unfortunately all consumer protection laws regarding bank usury have been eliminated.  The banks can charge you literally whatever they want and they do!

NHI is here to say that what has happened to you is wrong.  But we can help you out of it.  We want to both help you out of it and teach you how to never get in this position again so you don’t have to be a slave to the credit card industry as they want you to be.
